Reconcile vs Liveness

why two signals

Reconcile proves the running image digest matches the intended commit. It does not prove the agent is awake — a wedged Socket Mode or a dead refresh token shows a green check on a box that is DOWN. Marshal surfaces both so “lights on” never gets mistaken for “awake.”
